• excess weight on the internal scheduled flight (There is a 20LBS limit per passenger on internal flights. Excess weight is charged at .74 cents per pound. On past trips we have been able to leave any luggage not needed on the tour at Cara Lodge or the office of Wilderness Explorers, our local tour company).

Insurance : 

The purchase of trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.  Talon Tours cannot accept liability for airline cancellations or delays or penalties incurred by the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets or other expenses incurred by tour participants in preparing for this tour. 

Travel Planning :

You are responsible for arranging your flights to and from Georgetown.  Plan to arrive in Georgetown on March 16th, 2010 before evening. Please plan departures for March 30th or later, 2010.
